want to join into Japanese translation work

I am an absolute beginner for eGW.
this system seems very useful but isn't translated completely to Japanese.
I hope to contribute for the translation to Japanese, getting used to use eGW.
 
So who does I ask about what to do after installing eGW?
(I have just tried the demo and not installed to my PC yet)
