wgo - i18n status: LinguaSync

Hi,

just fyi: For WGO I implemented the language synchronization from
canonical(english) to the translations. For details see README.txt (and
also code) at
https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/gnomeweb-plone/wgo.linguasync/trunk
This piece of software is alpha state, but works fine.

The whole i18n process is documented at
http://live.gnome.org/action/edit/GnomeWeb/Plone/Translation
I'll review this document soon and turn it into a concrete process
proposal.
