When your opponent attacks, he draws from his location deck. Strategy is buying a bottle of fine wine when you take a lady out for dinner. Tactics is getting her to drink it. When your turn ends, you take that face-up card and put it at the bottom of your Location deck, so that during your opponent's turn they can play their Location card for their turn.
