when an internal link is stroke through?

Hello,

I am wondering when an internal Link (like linked Issues) is stroke through?
Is it depended on the resolution or the status and where can I define when ist should be displayed normal or stroke through?

An issue key is displayed as strikethrough if the key is typed in UPPER CASE and the Resolution field in the issue is not empty. There is an enhancement request to change that behaviour here:
