where is perp_api?

once more I have a doubt.

egroupware>>admin>>perp_api only shows the options "SIte configuration" and "Find and register all pERP reports", and I have no access to units of measure, shippers...and the other. I already clicked in "find and register application hooks" on admin>>admin but nothing happen.

Can you help me?
