where is the foot message at

I wanna fnd out the message   "Would you like to make a comment or contribute an update to this page?
Send feedback to the KDE Docs Team" where is, what's presents at end of every docs,

I guess there must be a global file to make this, but I can't find it.

It is in trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/en.xml in KDE  
trunk repository or in  
/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/docbook/xsl/common/en.xml after the  
installation.
