Note that jacknone-0.2 contains some "fixes" for NetJack2 adapter  
components (audioadapter, netadapter) that seems to not work correctly  
(tested without success here on OSX and Linux, and Torben seems not to  
be available to answer my questions on that stuff..). Moreover this  
branch contains some minor changes in JACK server code. So basically  
you are on your own..., but this is the joyful of FOSS  ((-:

  joyful indeed ;)...

i am noticing also that ardour (on netjack slave) can start and stop jack  
transport once, but after that jack2 simply rolls on from it's current end  
point. ardour will not start playing  nor will jack2 stop rolling on  
subsequent attempts. jumping back in time within ardour works and ardour  
can roll using 'internal'. hope that makes sense. whether ardour is time  
master or not btw

i also noticed that the transport 'pause' button on qjackctls' transport  
menu is 'greyed' out. very strange.
