why notifiers doesn't work

Hi,I'm new to here...
I set notifiers like pic1...I hope it will give me an email(tom840520@163.com) when I finish build the project "cox2wireless" no matter failure/error/successfull...But I didn't get an email...

then I set notifiers like pic2...but I still didn't get an email

i set both of them(pic1 and pic2) but I didn't get an eamil at all...

anyone will help me...
