why when generating XLS, there always extra lines

hi all,

i create a report for generating CSV, and it works just fine,

and the report file as show in the scheenshot.png,

after that, i use the same report to generate xls file, but i always get some extra unwanted lines...see scheenshot-1.png

 

how can i get ride of those extra unwanted line???
