I came across the problem that I can't fix. When i receive mail which is
encoded in windows-1257 - Lithuanian characters are being deleted (not
displayed). However when I encode the same letter in UTF - everything is
OK. I checked my apache and php settings - nothing special there.. So I
guess the problem is that Felamimail somehow doesn't understand Baltic
encoding.
I'm using 1.6.001 version - and I checked changelog and it told that
windows-1257 were added. Additionally I installed Squirellmail to check
if it was my webserver problem - squirellmail displayed emails
correctly. So any suggestions are welcome.
Thank you.

problem is most likely mbstring does not support windows-1257 charset.
For other of these (non-standard) windows charsets we use a similar iso
charset.
Looking at our (up to date) code (1.6 or trunk), we already map
windows-1257 to iso-8859-13. So I guess you are NOT up to date with your
installation.
