Hi,

I have problem with the graphic view for some track like for example :

+ Tiling Array

- Tiling Array

 Tout activer Tout désactiver

Dev.Stages Signal

Pathogen Exposure: Signal

Dev.Stages TransFrags

Pathogen Exposure: TransFrags

for some region of the genome I can see them, but if I zoom out, or go left, i loose them, and for some other region I'm not able to see them, even after updating the appearance. Is the problem coming from my soft? I'm using explorer 7 on windows XP.

Thanks,

Nathalie

Hi Nathalie,

I'm not a modencode person, so I can't speak to anything that is
specific to it, but I'm wondering if you could give us some more
information to try to reproduce what is happening for you.
Specifically, I'm wondering if what you are seeing is reproducible?
That is, can you give us a specific set of steps that would reproduce
the problem?

Also, when you write "you loose them", what does that mean?  Do they
gray out and never return with a new image, or do the tracks disappear
altogether, or what?  What is the overall responsiveness of the site
when you were doing this?  I'm wondering if the individual tracks are
timing out in some way when the browser is waiting for the updated
images.

Thanks,
Scott
