This is with the latest code. After building it, when I tried to run cruisecontrol.bat, I got the following error:

Unable to access jarfile INSTALL_DIR\binaryrelease\lib\cruisecontrol-launcher.jar
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The file is created in INSTALL_DIR\main\dist
So I think we need to change the path in cruisecontrol.bat
