wrong nesting of at least 279 places in Argentina

I've identified 279 places in Argentina which are not correctly nested: 

For example, the populated place of "Tres Arroyos" (http://www.geonames.org/3833859/tres-arroyos.html ) should be placed 'inside' the "Partido de Tres Arroyos" (http://www.geonames.org/3833857/partido-de-tres-arroyos.html). 

Shall I fix those manually or you can run the SQL for me? I could easily generate a table of suggested parent id, child id.

I did this programatically so I could find duplicated places for other countries.
