x doesn't start

someone can halp me??
this is what i did:

Did you try using startxwin.sh or startxwin.bat yet?  HINT: Try modifying
startxwin.bat to suit your needs.

C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\startxwin.bat

Just double click it in explorer....
