xterm_clipboard support vor VIM

Hi *

I noticed that the Vim package does not support the '*' and '+' registers.
Therefore, it is not possible to interact with the Windows clipboard. The
fix would be to build Vim with the +xterm_clipboard option enabled.

The X clipboard is not the Windows clipboard.  Someone wrote a patch
a few years ago to allow vim for Cygwin to access the Windows
clipboard.  I don't have the specifics handy.  It was posted to this
list or to one of the vim lists on Feb. 13, 2007.  Unfortunately, it
no longer applies to the latest vim, I haven't heard anything
recently from the author, and I haven't taken the time to see if I
could update the patch myself.
