we are planning to purchase a new microinjection set-up apparatus for our lab.
we currently have femtojet micromanipulator 5171 from eppendorf. and the
microscope is from zeiss; stemi 2000.
i am on the look-out for a manipulator which can make an axial movement; is
injectman good? and additionally, i appreciate your input of a microscope which
has light source from below.
your suggestions will be of great help.
